Whole Urbanization Golf Hills Village Estepona auctioned

The entire residential urbanization Golf Hills Village in Estepona, west of Marbella on the Costa del Sol inSpain, will go under the auction hammer in Marchand the asking price is a modest 7.3 million Euros.

It’s about the incomplete urbanization Golf Hills Village, near Selwo Aventura west of Marbella. The complex is certainly clear to 95 percent, but this is the first time a non finished area goes under the hammer in this way.

Urbanization Golf Hills Village was started by the Spanish savings bank Caja Castilla-La Mancha, which was the first who got into intervention of the Spanish state. The area consists of a total of 152 residential apartments, 158 underground parking, 67 stores and common areas. Construction surface occupies a total 14,762 square meters above ground and 4.71 square meters underground spaces.

Anyone can participate in the bidding, which is done by presenting a notary sealed quotation. The auction is managed by BNP Paribas Real Estate and tenders may be submitted until March 18.
